Stronger Communities Program Round 10 - Expression of Interest

The Stronger Communities program provides grants of between $2,500 and $20,000 to community organisations and local governments for infrastructure projects that deliver social benefits for local communities. 


What is the process?

  • Submit an Expression of Interest Application
  • Expression of Interest Applications will be assessed by the Lindsay Stronger Communities Consultation Committee.
  • Expression of Interest Applications close 5:00pm, Friday, 6 November October 2026
  • All successful and unsuccessful expression of interest applicants will be notified by my office via email.
  • Successful applicants will receive an email to complete a full submission of the project.
  • Please note approval of your Expression of Interest Application does not guarantee your project approval. Your full application will need to be assessed by the Department of Industry, Science and Resources.

 

To be eligible, a nominated project must:

  • The project activity aligns with at least one of the program objectives listed in section 2.2 and involve one of the eligible project activities listed in section 5.1 in the guidelines.
  • Be located, held or used within the electorate of Lindsay (Please link this to the “Lindsay” page)
  • Not exceed the maximum project cost of $50,000
  • Be completed by 31 March 2028




Expressions of interest (EOI) for applications close 5pm, 6 November October 2026, no late applications will be accepted.
